- Ordering means you agree with the terms of service. please read carefully
- first come first serve
- i have the right to decline request for any reason before the payment
- work progress will be done in 2 - 5 weeks (can be fast or longer depends on queue and complexity)
- client have the right to ask progress at any time, but please avoid rushing
- any delay will be informed
- Both parties agree to maintain strict mutual privacy regarding all personal data❌️Will not draw ❌️:
- Offensive art
- old people
- Realism/real people (unless you're fine with cartoony look. semi realsm are ok)
- Mecha (Gundam look alike, or simple robotic design are ok)
- Highly detailed armor
- something that i uncomfrotable with☘︎ PAYMENT ☘︎
- 50% Upfront before sketches. After the sketch full payment is required
- Full payment upfront is required specifically for SKETCH/DOODLE STYLES and SKEB commission
- no cancellation after the commission started☘︎ REFUND POLICY ☘︎
- Refund (up to 100%) can only be requested if:
* I missed the deadline without any progress or if i haven't notify anything up to 3 months
* Personal issues from the artist that prevent completion (sick, burn out, too busy, any other reason)
- All other refund request are strictly denied. please commit mindfullyDeadline
- the estimated work progress will be discussed before the commission start☘︎ REFERENCES ☘︎
- Clear and deltailed references are highly reccomended
- When using another artist artwork/bases without clear crediting or without their permission, similarity will be reduced, i'll avoid any tracing or hard referencing in any cases☘︎ REVISION ☘︎
- revision only during sketch stage
- Specifically for SKEB commission they're will be no revision
- Major revision (changes of pose/ concept etc) only up to 3 free revision. additional change will required extra fee
- Minor changes (artist errors) are free
- Once sketch is approved there will be no further revision except for minor fixes☘︎ USAGE ☘︎
- Commission are for personal use only (commercial use please discuss first)
- client may use the art as a PERSONAL merchanidise and post with proper credit (@escerieww)
- client may use the art as icon, banner, thumbnail with proper credit (@escerieww)
- i can use the artwork for portofolio (let me know if you prefer it private)
- using/uploading artowrk for AI training or gen-AI is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
- Editing, tracing or modifying the artwork without my permission is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
- Client are not be able to sell/distribute/make profit or claim their artwork as their own
- using the art for hateful content are not allowedWhat you get:
